Not me. It sounds like they are proceeding with a bidding process and that if someone does not step forward with a better price, then the sale goes through to who they wanted to sell the asssets to.  Should know by early May the outcome? JFF7

euclid, this is standard operating procedure..best i can tell TID insiders and CS had this pretty much all planned and ready to go when they filed.. stalking horse is the lowest of lowball bids and i wouldn't be surprised if it turns out to be the only bid...stalking horse is just the trustee has a 100% certain bid to buy the company at a price agreeable to CS.. the clock is ticking and IMO
