The month of May will be decisive. In a month from now, the Tuscany saga will likely be behind us. Events will go up and down and the one thing that we have learned over the past few months is that these legal procedures turn on a dime. Nothing is certain until it's really over, and right now, it's not over. As days go by, we are increasingly limited about what we can mention without hurting our side.

But I caution you against any positive or negative interpretations. It's complicated stuff, unless you're a lawyer specializing in US bankruptcy law. We win some, we loose some and the legal strategy is adaptative to the evolving situation. Some of the dockets give you some indications as to this ongoing strategy and the strike backs.
