Appoints COO Event

TI announced the appointment of a new COO, Jose-Luis Garcia, to lead the company's global service delivery operations. Jose-Luis will be the company's first COO, bringing more than 30 years of global leadership experience across telecommunications and digital IT.

Global senior executive with proven track record. Jose-Luis joins TI from EY, where he was a Senior Partner for Global Managed Service Delivery Operations and as the Telecommunication Solutions and EMEIA Tech Sector Leader based in Madrid. Prior to EY, he has held various senior leadership roles at Nokia, Dell, Ericsson, Atos, and Accenture, supporting successful growth and large-scale business transformation.

Good fit that strengthens TI's leadership team. We believe Jose-Luis brings a breadth of experience and knowledge in the telecommunications and high tech sector across various geographies and functions which will support TI's global delivery model. We believe his strong track record will be positive to TI's execution.

my broker has given an OP rating on this company for the past 2 years.  Unfortunately the only thing it out performs at is an almost continuous decline in the share price.    The company is profitable and growing nicely but that seems to be of little concern to many of those selling their shares.  I will continue to practice the Buffett mantra of keeping your emotions out of
