Selling shares

I participated in the IPO and my understanding is we have to hold these shares for a year before we can sell, however through Questrade it looks like I have the option of selling all my shares now...is there a premium I would have to pay if I was to sell before the year is up?

Hi Alpha, I would check with Questrade.  The prospectus clearly states IPO holders cannot sell shares before a year.  My understanding with similar statements in other propectus is you won't be able to sell shares or you would forfeit any gains made since the IPO date.  So you might just get $12.65 SP in the end.  Not sure if I would even attempt to sell before the one year
