The New Prosperity property is located in south-central British Columbia and hosts one of the most significant copper and gold deposits in Canada. Stuart mentioned in the interview that a copper consuming company is at least one of the potential JV partners. He specifically mentioned the EV industry. I only know of one company where somethng might make sense. There are probably more. So I did the research on how much copper Tesla is projected to consume every year and how financially feasible it would be to invest in
