ndm permit apeal.

At says there science is sound. Permit should b granted.

I do jot need 2 remind him of np.

The 5 law firms gave yet to launch suit. Miner says he knows more than they do about law. They may have read his posts and given up.

Most class actions have no retainer. So firm has to b sure of success before engaging.

Right now just a big cloud.

Tko is moving nice 2day.

Seems to me that class actions are cheap for law firms.  Advertise and see if anyone bites.  Get enough plaintiffs on board and get the company to settle something to make the news go away. They collect their 30-50% cut and the plaintiffs get pennies.  But what do I know?

On large classes I believe 20% is max. But u r correct in settling rather than court. Time will tell. Clouds disapear. nf
