class action

There r now at least 6 firms involved. At least 4 have filed class action against ndm.

No wonder this board is so quiet. Thieson says he will get sh confidence back. Not after they sign on for class. Enough signed so far to support 6 firms. We r talking 20 or more equity specialist lawyers on payroll.

This is fact. Not conjecture.

Cloud darkens.

OK.  The Pebble Permit was denied, which was not totally unexpected.  What wrongdoing are they being accused of? Besides the fact that a couple board members are common with Taseko, how is Taseko at risk?  Usually board members are not personally liable for corporate decisions.  I sit on several boards and this is always an issue before the invitation to sit is accepted.  ...more

Here you go JC. The lawyers are going to show that NDM made false and misleading statements. https://www.globenewswire.com/news-release/2020/12/05/2140131/0/en/NORTHERN-DYNASTY-MINERALS-ALERT-Bragar-Eagel-Squire-P-C-Announces-That-a-Class-Action-Lawsuit-Has-Been-Filed-Against-Northern-Dynasty-Minerals-Ltd-and-Encourages-Investors-to-Conta.html

OK.  Is there any indication that Florence is in violation of any EPA statute?  I do not know of any.  The Clean Water Act, that Pebble was found to violate applies to surface water only and specifically excludes groundwater. Is there any reason to believe, indication, or even accusation of Florence giving false information to the state or Federal agencies?  Are they ...more

Jc. I think. Which means I conjecture that florence water mitigation procedure is grand. Money trail from ndm to tko. Only circumstantial.Big sell off on ndm and short on tko before pp. Someone asked if I owned ndm. NEVER. Big difference between a cloud and a hurricane. The water permit will tell a lot. nf

I still own 6 figures plus. I want to sell higher. But not on con game. If facts r positive then nothing I say will influence. If negative. same. This week interesting. nf

I just went to the NDM board on Stockhouse. A lot of bickering and BS but I couldn't find a single mention of class action suits. Seems odd. Either they don't care or it hasn't hit them yet.

Yah dh. They have the board full of spam. Just go 2 quote page instead of bb. nf

With an army of high power lawfirms chasing them you would expect some discussion. Zilch. Maybe they are still in shock.
Comment by nofluff on Dec 05, 2020 6:20pm
Dh. The day the pp was anounced and permit for ndm denied spammers hit ndm board so hard no one would bother to post. Ndm was supported by multimillionairs. They went to the law. It us only us ma and pops that waste our time on here. I do it in case someone responds with something inteligent. Happens frequently on this board.  This board is about thoughts. With 3.50 copper facts r about the ...more

In that case I won't bother asking anyone on the NDM board what chance they think a class action suit has. I don't care that much anyway.

Yes dh. U would never get read. Time is the teller. If they get the 50 million bank acount quick they may leave other paper trails alone. What we r interested in now is if water permitters still have confidence in tko management. nf

So if u r a guessing person u buy or sell based on water permit descision. Or u r like me and say coin toss and copper looks to win so stay in. nf
