NP talks extended
Well, given that I have been holding shares since before Prosperity, through NP, and everything thing since, the only positive is that I have been able to average down over the years to bring my avg pps down to $0.70 cdn. I never had the intention to aquire 70K+ shares. So in that respect I do agree with WCoyote and I haven't been to impressed by the mgmt team. I still think that NP is a project that will eventually get done, so I hang around for that in the hope that my holdings will actually help a bit with retirement plans. As such, I take it as a good sign that TKO and the Tsilqot'in have extended their talks. I did sort have a hope that the PP was part of an agreement with the FN over NP.

Extending the talks another year is not bad news. Not sure if it will have any impact on sp at all though. Can't see why it would.

They've already attained the largest area in BC history under Aboriginal Title..albeit just outside Fish Lake. They should make a deal and buy whatever else they want. Np lifetime is what 30 years?

Yep. Something like. We'll support the mine and then you give us Fish Lake when its done. Not sure Taseko can do that. I think its govt land actually. Gotta be a win-win when one side is supposedly not monetarily motivated. Not sure that is true but it is how it is portrayed.

If that's the case, its good news. Payoffs are fairly easy.

I was wondering what is different than hdi milking sh for a few hundred million and then legal firms taking the cream off the top. Seams like just the way things r done. Real tuff to make an honest buck today. But it can b done. nf
