tko

Feeling some love. 3.60 copper helping:))

Looks like average price q4 will b about 4.50 cads. With all shovels on deck and 3 million tonnes processed mining cost should b about 90 million cads.
Frieght and treatment charges and donuts and coffee 3 million.

Ebitda tko share 45 million cads. Then 15 million interest for 30 million free cash, less florence, ally, ymi cap ex.

Could we have 30 million cads 2 the bank?

I think possible. Copper looks 2 b in crytical supply. It is possible that a gov. could garrantee a bank loan to get florence construction on the go.

Not many sellers at dime up. Headed for 3.00 soon maybe.

Copper being in short supply would seem bullish foe the EPA permit too.  If they don't permit this one, what kind of mine WOULD they permit. permits are not really the big unknown right now. It's the financing JV package that is the question mark.

Yes jc. That will b a big q answered. Do we get sold further down the river or will it b a positive.  Now I understand the massive class chase against ndm. Classes against many corps r being filed in the u.s. A new whistleblower law is in place. Depending on the none public information revealed a whistleblower could recieve up to 30% of any award. nf

price of copper will keep this in play, so Nofluff, no point in selling all, cut off nose to spite the face, still money to be made with this, even with management. We will never make as much as those on the inside and those who cut deals, that is a given. So the question you ask is good, how will mine finance go, and who gets the sweet deal, this will be interesting to watch. I still have ...more

So.  A whistleblower comes forward, even if the claims are mostly bogus, and the company settles to make the problem go away and avoid publicity, and the whistleblower nets 30% of the payout. Sounds like legalized blackmail to me.

Not at all. The evidence has to be nonpublic info tgat is proven and material to judgment. nf
