So my q is. Did they drop the covenant? They now drop the lien if a jv proper comes in. No longer conditional for notes. We need 50 million for np advance. So maybe 100 million for 10% jv. Fair deal. nf

That question definitely needs to be cleared up. But for now, unless we see a change, some form of JV is still required. We'll get those answers soon enough. Regardless, scratch (money) is the theme of the day. They have plenty of scratch now to get the important items crossed off of their list. The terms to obtain said scratch aren't great but they're not that bad either. Plenty of

I had the same question on the covenant.  No idea.  Still no date for the conf call.  And I'm too lazy to check when they did the Q4 conf call last year.
