So Tko got the money to build the mine?

Not exactly... on the surface they got 130 million surplus bond financing ( secured).... the mine will cost 350 + to build.... tko has stated some on this money may be for flo, gib, and general purpose... so my guess at best 100 mill ish will be for flo so need 200-250 more.... still a ways to go.....it makes no sense tho.... first a pp for only 30 mill which is already spent.... then 130 mill

And where exactly are you pulling this "350+" to build from? Are you making up new numbers to fit your narrative fish? Are you absolutely certain they have already spent the pp funds? Are you putting too much into the normal lawyerspeak as to how funds will be utilized? For a start though, just let us in on your 350+ quote. Thanks fish.
