I posted links as references to the information you claim is untrue.  It is not uncommon for  investors who are heavily vested to view things through rose colored glasses.  I try and look at both sides.  I had an account with stockhouse going back to it's early days.  Had to start a new one because after not visiting it for an extended period, I could no longer log in.

My goodness.  I have never seen anyone stick to a story like this.  Your sources do not prove what you say they do.  Can't understand why you cannot take the word of a local who as actually been there and also understands how land development in Arizona works.  No point in further discussion.
