Whats the diff between proforma and cash in the bank?  Someone care to enlighten me? "Strong balance sheet with $200 million of cash (proforma) with no maturities until 2026"

Pro Forma Balance Sheet A pro forma balance sheet summarizes the projected future status of a company after a planned transaction, based on the current financial statements The bond issue has not transferred to the Taseko account yet. That would make sense with the numbers presented and would fit with previous statements about account value.  It does mean that Q4 did not add much cash to

I really wouldn't be all that concerned about the accounting stuff until the Q1 report is released. All important information should be contained therein. Until we see something to be concerned with, I wouldn't sweat the issue. Until then, harken back to "Picture Yourself"!

so 6 months ago we had 50 million cads in the bank. Now for some guesses. We did a 10 million cad silver stream. A 200 million cad upsize bond issue. A 50 million cad pp. And now we have less than 100 million cadsin the bank???? Who got all the money??? nf

So my math says.  200 million cad went some place. I just want to know where it advansed my equity. I spend my portion of 10 million dollars on my colts and they advance 10 billion resource for a 10 bagger.  Tko does what?? A q bagger??? I am confused?? nf

I think that "proforma"  means coming but not actually funded yet.  It looks to me like the Bond issue money has not actually hit the Taseko bank account yet.   That is the only way I can determine to explain the difference between slide #20 and slide #22.  The bonds have been sold, the bank is collecting the money, but has not forwarded it to Taseko yet.

Yup. Great presentation. 52 week high is said to b cad 2.32. Truth. 2.64. Mc is paying 4 cads per copper pound. Truth. Tko sold 15% of 15 billion pounds for 40 million cads or 4 billion pennies on last pp. That was about a quarter of a penny a pound.  Last month we were told we had the cash to build flor. Now we are told we have 67 million u.s. and will finance in 2021 to build flor

NF, as several other posters have pointed out proforma means it is not in their accts yet. You are usually more sensible than this. Stop throwing dirt where there is nothing.
