So $4.00 plus copper has solved our income problem at Gibraltar. With our annual copper production plus Moly, we are a main line miner.

With the previously announced upgrade at Gibraltar plant, going from 85,000 TPDay to 120,000 TPDay, we are major.

Today's news was taken from Reuters, so it was second hand. To compare Florence copper extraction to "Fracking" is unfair. To print what a council member said wiithout mentioning the Land company involvement is a one sided story.

A previous post said, "the market has digested the news, and the market went up"  Don't think a 250,000 share day [ at the time of comment]  is a truemarket evaluation.

However, as you rightfully mentioned, Taseko management absolutely must stay ahead of this PR dilemma. Further, many of the points you make are part of our position that Taseko would prevail in any potential Court proceedings. Obviously nobody wants to go that route due to ...more

The last thing you want is for this to go to court.  The EPA wins in court regardless of argument.  The bBiden admin agencies are all-powerful.  and even if Taseko wins it could take LOTS of time.
