So if my guesses r correct and the deal dilutes us 1%. And tko plus flor  gives us a billion ebita then our break even is 10 million return annum from harmoney. Huge qs to b answered.

I sure hope shares r not issued until profit happens.

At today fundamentals with gib we need 5 million from harmoney to break even. So totally hoping this deal does not dilute until cash is in the bank. Otherwise, just another corp principle cash grab. nf

Another guess is that hdi pulled in about 20 million of the 62 in fees. Paper trails speak. nf

Not trying to be mean here Snuggles but you're starting to sound like a Yenta with all of this back and forth talk to yourself. This deal was never meant to be beneficial to Taseko shareholders. This deal was / is nothing more than RT playing his corporate shell games to the benefit of himself. Tracking shares leading to dilution is rarely a beneficial process. Hopefully, we'll break even ...more

Nah.  Mr. Market isn't wise.  Mr. Market is ignorant of what this means and therefore is not moving one way or the other.

Wow.  That Harmony purchase was a complicated mess.  Looks to me like this sale is a cleanup and streamline of what was basically an unfinished transaction.  The main point is that Harmony was not reflected in the SP at all.  Getting something moving toward production sooner rather than later puts Harmony in play sooner rather than later, which is a good thing.
