Copper shortage in u.s.

Lme has a nice cushion. So ncu agreement is be able to keep there metal in country if they can find metal in europe.

That and flor should help.

Bhp has made final offer to there escondida miners that has to b voted on month end. That could pull a lot of copper off market. They produce 100 thousand tonnes per month. If they strike, copper goes to 6.00. It does not come down for a long time as markets r balanced so suppy gain would b unlikely. Happy guessing. nf

Hey NF, while I agree with you that copper prices will spike upon a strike, I doubt that happens. However, doesn't really matter much as you are again correct that Taseko is going to do just fine with $4.50 copper (or even $4.25). I remain steadfast in my belief that the big boys are playing with the share price until the end of September, when the final draft permit will ultimately be ...more

Lots of guessing. We will no about strike by saturday. I am guessing final draft before sept.  Getting close to q2 release. Nice tko up day. nf
