Things that help me sleep.

1.  Replacement cost of 3/4 Gibraltar is 700 to 900 million canadian.
 2.  150 Million investment in New Prosperity.  That will come around.
 3.  NPV of Florence at todays copper price is closing in on 2 billion dollars.

We have 200 million cash and 400 million debt so net debt is 200 million.  Our market cap give 0 credit for florence, which is fair, so here is hoping.  I think 5 bucks is the first stop if we get permit this month.

Then maybe 100 mill q4. Net debt 0. nf

For the life of me I cannot understand why this company is not a takeover target.  A big copper producer could not reproduce what this company has for 5 times its value, and then it would take the better part of two decades to do it.

Who says Taseko isn't currently a takeover target? As witnessed by numerous prior posts of ours, we steadfastly believe the Perfect Storm continues to form right here, right now. The importance of the final permit for Florence can not be understated enough. The permit is the eye of the storm. Once perfectly formed (obtained), the Storm gathers unstoppable power. Look, the major producers have ...more

So Joe.  What will the stink buds be?

Under $5 US

So, potential scenario: Florence permit plus Q3 report gets share price to the $3 US region at current to $4 copper prices. Before Q4 / 2021 reports come out in February, one of the major producers steps in and offers $4.50 US. That would be a 50% premium from then $3 share price. Nobody can laugh off a 50% premium offer, it's a seemingly legitimate offer. Obviously, if copper slips to under ...more
