Nofluffs fluffy Units

Those units at NCU are fantastic.  A 10 to 1 rollback and now dilution to the tune of 148 million units.  Each unit has a warrant that was in the money this week before this calamitous deal. And yet he complains about a 10 percent diltution here by way of the poopy placement that I hated. So NCU has added 300 Million shares today.  That is 300 million shares.  Put another way a 10 to 1 roll back brings it to 48 million shares.  Another 10 for 1 roll back.    Put another way a 100 to 1 roll back brings the shares to 48 million shares.   Put another way prior to the roll back there would have been 4.8 Billion. That is B.  Billion. Shares....  Yikes.

Put another way if you had bought shares at 13 cents and you were hoping for a much toted 10 bags the market cap of this one horse poney would be.... Wait for it.  6 billion.  Put a different way.  If taseko wanted to be a 10 bag pony it would need to have a market cap of 7.8 billion.
So for NCU to be a 10bagger we would need to value a single mine a 6 billiio.  At TKO to be a 10 bagger we would have to value  2 mines at 3.9 billion each plus a few deposits.
Put another way NCU is trading at negative times earnings and TKO is trading at 6.5 times earnings.    All fun ways to think of values.   Units.  Hate em. Cause they  suck.

Put another way, for all of the talk we incessantly hear about bags, the only thing snugglepuss does is lose bags. A lost bag here, another lost bag there, lost bags everywhere. Snuffles is full of bags. Oh boy!!

Actually cup, it was 300 million units. If warrants exorsize, it is 450 million new shares. Of course that would add 150 million dollars to the kitty to help with op mine build. I have never saw dilution of that magnitude in 30 years of mining game. So lets say, the old wareants expire and new get exorsized to make the total float 650 million shares. At 1.50 cad that is about one billion mc ...more

The only hog at the trough was snuffleofagus. Ncu is so far away from being anywhere near nameplate that you would need Friedland's telescope to see it. Snuffles wasn't nearly as happy when Taseko had their little pp drama, was he? Nope, whined like an animal in heat for months did he. No where near 130M goes to mine op. They need to use all but 55m to payback PALA. Funny how snuggles ...more

So, I have finished evaluating the massive dilution at ncu. This is the 1rst time I feel good about dilution. It worked for me. Buy a little and hope it goes down plan worked perfect. I sit at break even and a much larger position on a much derisked project. So I call a 4 bagger with net 0 debt by 2022 year end. Then heading for many more bags as op gets developed. So why happy with ncu dilution ...more

Wow.  Man.  And you are Ok with this?  Talk about trust issues.  At least I only own a handful of those shares.  Now if I want I can buy shares from wxisteing screwed over share holders.  Ha.

I am completely ok with it jc. And for all the reasons previosly stated. It was the old sh that bought almost all of the issue. So, it apears they do not think they were screwed over. But it does not matter. You have presented an opinion. I appreciate that. I disagree with you. Time will tell for sure. It bewilders me. The amount of tension and negative emotion on this board. I would think all ...more

You're bewildered? Really don't know why, it's very easy, nobody believes you. You so easily forget your own old posts in which you purchased so many more shares way over the price it sits at now. $1.30 was your initial entry point. Whatever. Once you blow your credibility, you're toast. Most of the tension and negative emotion on this board is from listening to you incessantly ...more

Did they give you a chance to participate in the pp?  I am not going to waste any more brain cells on it.  Hope it works out for you.

That makes no sense jc. Why ask a q if u do not want to know the answer. Anyways. I will tell u the answer incase others wish to know. Usually in these cases, u can go through your broker and take a tranche. In this case, it seams that it was filled with old investors and some new. I did not need invatation as I bought large at .55 and sold at 1.07 and bought back at .75. So my buy back was 2 ...more

For anyone out there that believes snuffleofagus just so happened to sell his shares @ $1.07, minutes before the trading was halted for good only to open back at .77, there are a couple of cheap bridges for sale for you. The only thing for certain is that snuggles is down multiple bags overall with this particular dream of his.
