I'm gonna go out on a limb and say that TKO has already finished reviewing the draft permit and the EPA is waiting until the New Year (and possibly Omicron delay) before starting the 30 day public comment period.
IF copper punches through $4.40, it will be clear sailing for a while.

I'll guarantee you that China won't automatically buy more tons of copper because the price went up to your magic number.  Traders in futures markets can move prices in the short run but it's supply and demand that always drive it in the long run. Currency exchange rates play a role as well but it always comes back to actual demand and supply not magic numbers or squiggly lines

I'll guarantee you that IF China (or anyone with deep pockets) suddenly changes their copper strategy and affects the supply/demand conditions, that it will show up in the charts almost immediately and will be an obvious break from the usual pattern. In that case, anyone watching the charts will be able to respond... you, on the other hand, will have to wait until you read some obscure news ...more

Yes cog. They only had 14 days to review, although likely could ask for an extention. But if submitted with changes to draft then timeline is unknown. Interesting that tko insiders r selling enmass and cs insiders r buying. It almost looks like tko has broken some resistance. Hopefully slowly climbs to 3.50 cad. By feb 2022. My q is this. Who is doing the buying?? Nf
