It is curious that Taseko has not made a news release.  Maybe because it posted on Friday night.  Might be able to squeeze a buy in on Monday before the run up. fluff must be out fishin or he would have said something by now.

I slept in. Good to see. The epa intent is to issue permit. Will now hear a 45 day comment and question period. Just like the state hearing, any objections will be adressed by tko and evaluated by objector and epa. There was one objection during state hearing. After adressing the objectors concern, he withdrew the objection.  I can not imagine any new objectors of substance on this hearing

This is all highly profitable at $3.50 and $4 copper.  At $5 copper it's obscene.

Reports are that in 2020 Tesla was using 45000 tons of copper a year.  If he bought Florence, and then a wiring manufacturer, he could immunize himself for the most part against the threat of rising copper prices.  There are some wire manufacturers in Phoenix and it is easy shipping to CA, NV, and TX. just sayin.

My guess is that if they sold a stream, it would not be cash now for free copper later, but rather cash now for a guaranteed price over a certain period of time.  Say $30 million for a guaranteed stream at $3 a pound. It's still a bad idea.  A simple loan is better.  A good second half at Gibraltar would help a lot.

In my world j.c. what you suggest would be termed a forward sell. I think that would be doable. Takers want product supply security. Tko is in the drivers seat. It will be at least 2 years until product is available. So a taker, forks over 30 million u.s for the 1rst 300 million pounds supply garrantee at spot price less 40 million dollars. Taker would also get 1rst option to do another contract.

.5 chart comment. Tko took 90 days to go from 3.00 to 1.20 cad. Chart has been moving up for 30 days equaling the 30 day down. So sixty more days to get back to 3.00 cad. That will be a full bag in 60 days. Good to be a bag holder at these levels:)) Nf

I have decided to sell all my stovk on open and use the cash as collateral to short the stock down to a buck cad. where I will buy hard and take over the corp. Anyone with me??? nf

Yeah.  The old addage is "sell on news" so maybe it drops quite a bit on the open and then as people realize that it is going to take a couple years to build it out IF they get past the public comment stage, they will sell off and wait until better news comes along.
