... might this be good? Delay will allow increasing cash, which will reduce the need to raise money and give away some future upside. Perhaps the company will read this and pay cash as it goes even if the permit is issued soon.

It's stupid.  There is no reason to delay this except for fed incompetence.  All the work should have been done before the public comment period.  I have just about had it with copper.

U r sounding a bit grumpy jc. I am sure u r at quite good profit with tko. I am still hopeful that my colts will multi bag in the next year. My colts hold a large gold and silver content along with the copper. Tko is mostly just copper with an unpermitted niobium deposit.  All my colts now have permitted mills or mill permits. The ncu ground is fully permitted for mining.  The bwcg
