If the other 2 partners decide they want out, negotiations would be quite simple.

Looks like value has been pinned.

100% ownership under the right terms could be quite beneficial.  I assume Solitz was paying their share of the C1 before their check was cut, or did they take their share in ore.  The other two owners have smelters I believe.  Wonder if there are North American smelters that want the offtake.  So many factors could be going on behind the scenes. a particularly sneaky mgmt ...more

Lots to guess about jc. Rumour has it that u.s. is a large importer of copper. I believe it has been said they want copper from n.a.  Tko would save on frieght and so would importers. Teck did that with there partner. Calculatered reserves and paid partner 40 cents a pound. A few years went by and guess what? Found 10 years worth of hi grade. Sneaky??  I am sure the partner could have ...more
