That would be plenty to pay of Florence and eliminate debt.  Dilution though.   Hmm.

Close to 100%. There is hood dilution and bad. The infamous tko last pp was just bad. Never did a thing to enhance value. If you look at both ncu and bwcg, after 100% dilutions, sp increased 100%. With there agressive programs with the cash, many bags more looking good. The last pp killed us. I think this set up would break even at worst and do a bag at best. Just a little research.  The 2017 500,000 shelf has expired.  Looks to me like this is just a replacement for that one.  In other words.  Status quo. Gives them a little wiggle room should they need a little to finish Florence.
