very telling statement from Stuart ... at 5:45 "awaiting final permit which we expect in the next few weeks or next couple of months at least"

He said imminent and any day now. That "next few months at least" comment seemed to be a "oops, I better be careful about being to specific here" comment. Right now, people holding this stock are on edge. Listening for any little thing about the permit, and overreacting to any little move in copper.
