Its not the permit yet, but it is something.  Not really new news, just an i dotted and a t crossed.

Can there be any doubt now tht the EPA is slow-walking this application?  A year into this process and we get this?  This was not a blocker and was probably resolved in days after the EPA raised it. There will come a time when TKO will have to sue to get the EPA approve the application.
