everything

down a bit today.  Did some math to try and figure why pay 2 billion equiv. for flor. when they could likely have paid 2.00 cad for 100 million tko shares which would have given them 25% of everything.

One reason might b that the only way to make money on shares is to swing.

The deals just done start paying dividend quickly.

Happy guessing:))

Of course.  The deals done give those institutions a cash stream.  That is based upon production and not the whim of the markets.

The only rational reason to do it was everyone knows that the stock price is way too low, but they know if anyone tried to buy any the price will go way up. It's a Mexican stand off and the forest is dry and crackly waiting for lightning or a tossed cigarette.  Been growing out and drying for years.      It's only a matter of time.
