Goldfield/Osisko buyout

https://www.juniorminingnetwork.com/junior-miner-news/press-releases/1325-nyse/gfi/165453-gold-fields-acquires-osisko-mining-consolidating-ownership-of-the-windfall-project-and-surrounding-exploration-district.html

That is 50% of Windfall--a project estimated to produce 300k oz of gold per year. And 50% two other projects without production estimates yet.

The price is C$2.16 bn.  Shareholders are getting a 50% premium.

Seems to me that 100% of NP would easily be as valuable as  50% Windfall.  Some of you probably know these situations much better than I do.  I have no idea how much of the valuation the other two projects are.

I think the point is that a thumbs up from the tribe could make a huge difference in SP.  Seems to me that the best move would then be to sell NP to a gold miner and use the proceeds to remove debt and/or finance Yellowhead.
