Whoah
The emergency brake just got put on the copper train. Goldman just announced they closed there bull bet on copper after pumping for more than a year.
Nice they closed before informing:))). So goldman was wrong. Friedman was wrong. Stu and company was right:)). One thing everyone agrees on is that this is a one year lull. If my ncu chickens hatch, I will likely buy my full tko position back. I am hoping to be well paid back for my losses on tko infamous pp.
Tko management has done a remarkable job of there pipeline. Hope I get in before any np announcement. Russ was a bit early buying back. But still did a nice swing.
Barring any np announcement, I expect tko to drift to 2.50 or 2.00 cad. Over the next bit. Sellers will mostly b at profit.
Happy guessing:))

Doesnt bankruptcy dump all the shareholders in favor of the creditors?

Simple math. If company or assets sell for less than debts, debtors come first,, shareholders get zip. If sale price is more tgan debts, shareholders share that.

Its really a common scam. I have a friend who has an up and coming AI business and an outside investor came approached him with the exact plan that has happened with Pella. Lenders come in with the plan to drive the company to bankruptcy, then the lender picks up the company cheap at auction, wiping out all the shareholders, then they pay off present mgmt for facilitating the who mess.
