So, Let's See Here.....

Appears the FS will likely look something like this:

LOM: approximately 25 Years

P&P Reserves: between 7M and 8M AuEq

Average Annual Production for LOM: approximately 300,000 AuEq

Capex: between $800M and $1B

Predictions:

Financing:

Debt
+
Joint Venture with TLG maintaining majority control (boooooo.....)

Possible:
Equity Raise
Copper Offtake Agreement

No streaming or royalty agreements

Other Predictions:

TLG and JV partner will build the mine themselves though to first pour.

TLG's portion of ownership will be bought out eventually (don't know when) in an all-share deal.

I'm still likely to make a large, one-time purchase at some point in the first half of 2025 provided things go as planned at TLG (though I'm not going to like the PR announcing a JV agreement if in fact I'm right on this).

Let's see how I do (oooh, this is exciting......).

You really should consider having some shares now....we're going to go from largely unknown hole in the ground to significant gold and copper mine shortly

One correction: Though I think it would be last on TLG's list of financing options, I shouldn't totally rule out a streaming or royalty deal, so let's change that one to: Least Likely / Minimal: Streaming or Royalty Agreement(s)

It doesn't matter to me how it gets done so long as it's on good terms for us.  Debt, equity, stream, royalty, prepay....the bottom line is we need money and money has a cost....more important is what's the bottom line, NPV, payback time, etc.....Not worth speculating over it as we'll know in good time. I only care about "value" and buying a dollar worth of assets ...more
