If that's true...and it makes sense given the high price tag....they clearly cannot do it alone....what's the value of a TLG share for 50% of the project? Without the FS I haven't a clue.

Artemis is your guideline, $2.8bil NPV, so 50% is $1.4bil discounted by whatever percentage you want for a project that is not yet permitted. Current market cap is $152m i.e. 11% of NAV. Will the market give more value for a FS $1.4bil NAV than 11%? I think so, which is why I'm holding shares.

Artemis grade and size of deposit are both extremely similar to Troilus. That is what will affect the NPV in the FS. Massive private investment and lower share count have NO influence on the FS. You are burying your head in the sand if those are the sort of arguments you are coming up with in order not to be invested at this stage.

Didn't say it affected the FS... ARTG had huge insider money which they didn't need to borrow at interest. Debt affects the NAV. Share count matters as the NAV is divided by the share count to arrive at a relative share price. You can make up whatever numbers you want but I'm waiting for clarity. That's all. Have a nice day

Share count does affect the share price, I agree. Where we disagree is that I say that share count does not affect the NPV or the IRR in the FS.

CORRECTION TO PREVIOUS POST: I suspect ARTG's LOM will be longer at around 25+ years... SHOULD READ: I suspect TLG's LOM will be longer at 25+ years.......

Is "suspecting" akin to "assuming"?? Because you know what they say when you "assume" something.

Which is why Artemis market cap is more than 10 times Troilus market cap.
