What am I missing?

Good news, I guess? But ...... why does kennecott aka Rio Tinto, the global giant, need or even bother to do a deal with TLO? Yeah, it's good news for TLO , I guess, but I just don't get it. RIO could just as easily have taken TLO out or private, or swallowed up, with the loose change found in the limo fleet. Maybe it's political? Is RIO an "unAmerican" company vs talon are good ole boys?

Oh yeah, TLO is listed and trades almost 100% in Canada, not much on pink sheets and it's incorporated by a bunch of legal beagles in the British Virgin Islands so I doubt any USA regulator has touched this with a pinky finger, and it's not on any approved list anywhere. May as well be private.

Ahhhhh. Now it fits. Can't get govnt grants unless you're "American" enough. Great news just keeps rolling in so it must be time for uplisting, financing, roadshow promo etc etc. blue skies ahead!
