What I was referring to is the news that the deal has been approved for financing and that those breweries will finally start reporting their sales revenue under Tilray Brands.

The assets of those breweries will also add to the fundamentals of TLRY as well.

Shares are trading under book value at the moment. It will be interesting to see if any bigger investors or institutionals move in on the shares once the final sign off is completed

Tilray's QTR Reports show the extent to which the existing Craft Beers sales are contributing to the total net revenue and how it is growing. The net revenue growth is also benefiting from the spirits sales. Cannabis, both medical and recreational is growing as well, most notable the overseas sales.
