Unless trump appoints the sleaze thru recess - there is no way Gaetz will be AG. He resigned from the current session so the report due out today would not be released as precedent is that such ethics reports are not made public for non sitting reps.
That said - there's no way the report won't be leaked out.

Gaetz will simply re-take his seat in January.

Regardless - US rescheduling/SAFEr have zero impact on foreign cannabis LPs such as TKRY - and full federal legalization would take several years before an actual implementation date.

The Gaetz stories are no better than the continual Germany posts - especially considering Germany is considering a roll back of Tier 1 and killing Tier 2
