Ana Paula Acquisition

I went through information circular several times an I understand why Timming is excited to get Ana Paula resources, but I could not find enywhere any info of how much would it cost and how long would it take for start production there.
Did I miss this info? Or was it communicated separately by management?
They definitely had to calculate this before making their decision to aquire Newstrike.
Especially, when the current production would need to support now two companies (i.e. covering Newstrike expenses) and the CFFO would be reduced.

TMM was going to do a $10 million PP to fund development of Ana Paula. That PP was withdrawn probably because they were hoping to get the money @ $1.25 per share and the market said no thanks. My guess is that Ana Paula development will proceed very slowly due to lack of funds. If and when the gold sector picks up, they will probably do a PP at a more reasonable price and give us a better idea of ...more
