Voting against the Merger - how are you voting?

Voting against it as without the major share dilution we're talking a pretty undervalued TGD - how are you guys voting?

Voted against the transaction, "For" the other two items. Too much, too soon for TMM. Sustainable growth is needed without over-leveraging to the price of gold.  There will be future opportunities to obtain other assets at a discounted price. B

On paper the deal is worth $76.7 Million (C$).  I doublt NES shareholders will vote yes as TMM is bringing their shares down.

looks like both co are affected by the merger in a negative way where tmm cant even get a 1.25 pp to advance the property and both share prices dropping , time to dissolve the deal , this should put a screw in who ever is dumping the shares. Its back to the drawing board and advance calballo . Funny thing the other mexican deal with agi  and auq  both co shares appreciated in that 1.5 ...more
