You claim that the TMM/Nes is a done deal as both sides are in favour of it.    May I assume you have done your DD & know approximatley the total number of TMM shares owned by the Directors up for reelection. No specific info in hand. Just that they have the backing of some very influential firms like the Lundin group. We pions dont have much clout to make a difference. I have close to 100,000 shares. I may be holding for awhile but better days are ahead i believe so I'll leave it up to management. And they're as good as it gets so who I'm I to say there wrong about this deal. GLTA

From the NR. To me that strong support. Strong support from Newstrike’s largest shareholders, two companies controlled by a trust settled by the late Adolf H. Lundin, and Timmins Gold’s largest institutional shareholder Sentry Investments Inc.
