It will probably drop below 10 cents eventually

As long as gold produced here is unprofitable and continues as a cash losing money pit. Debt in a matter of months will exceed any cash left. Sprott may extend the $13 million debt due OR may not. Either way cash and time are running out quickly here as long as gold sits at this level. there are producers out there now trading for pennies.

The next quarterly loss coming will be another nail.

why would tmm be foolish enough to keep mining and have their share price drop to 10 cents . they dont have much debt .

some of the bigger shareholders like Sentry  would have to take a bigger stake here as the only solution is to get ana Paula into production if it means to move the mine from San Francisco to ana paula .

This would do wonders for the share price that sprott would like to get into , or a possible ...more

I wasn't willing to go that far yet John. I was waiting to see if they would put the mine care and maintenance and preserve cash until (if) gold recovered back to a profitable level. but if not your right the penny range. I can see 5 cents eventually when the debt exceeds the cash left. Not much time left though and they are still scratching the earth for a good spot to mine. Not looking good ...more
