no one has any bids for anyone to know what there worth. everyone checks insider buys on these bb for some direction. i was thinking GC would but no. looking at Q2 results tmm had 21M cash and lost 1.9M . I dont think they would need a financing to survive yet. 10M to end year possibly ? but sellers look to not take any risks. imo, its a perfect time for major upside and major downside. very ...more

only has 13M debt ? which is nothing. looking at other miners they are losing more then this and have older assets. must be the cash position or tax loss.

To raise a $ 100 million ?.......say another 100 million shares and balance debt...any other thoughts ?

$100M for capex 8yr mine life with low cash costs will be easy to get a decent loan to build. 400M at 1600gold. 20M cash with low debt is a good spot. considering the price. GC has proven they will buy shares at .30.

Bigbank your forgetting the new debt just aquired along with that last minute Newstrike loan. And Sprott's debt has been extended umpteenth times.
