Yet another misleading post. Insiders cannot sell on pending news - they go to jail if they do. Whoever made the sale did for own personal reason. Besides, s/he may have sole 64,000 shares out of 870,000 shares s/he owns. This kind of jaundiced half-truths are fodder for bashers.

Gbenga insiders can sell after the news. News was reported at 10:26 in the morning. That makes it perfectly legal.

Correct. Which makes the selling completely meaningless as far as signals etc. are concerned. My point is some people are posting the sale of a mere 64K shares by ONE person as if it foretells some bad news. C'mon!!
