Gold still trading $30 per oz below last quarters loss

And $50-$90 per ounce below last quarters (Q3) gold sold at realized $1137. TMM sarted losing money at $1221 gold, so expect another operating loss for the 4th quarter. And maybe no cash left for future operations. You can be sure Sprott is going to take a piece of something with the $10 million overdue debt.

Sprott already extended the debt numerous times with penalties.

I am very concerned about the futur of this company, especially with the big financial problems: the debt is due and the price of gold is still very low. How are they going to refinance this debt? They just have about 3 weeks left from now to find a solution. Are they going to offer more shares on the market? If they do that the SP might drop so much but may be they will have no choice. there are other options like joint venture , I think that is more likely as IMO if this company was done Sprott would have sold out completly long time ago and would not have even bothered with effort of booting out Bragagnolo  and goldcorp would never have taken shares in a "bankrupt" company as payment for their equipment. That is probably the only reasonable way for them to pay ...more
