Get ready for a moonshot....

A little Technical Analysis is showing we'll see a sizeable surge up to $1.00 to $1.15 range between now and end of October...

Technical analysis aside.. I just flip a coin on Timmins now... one side says gold price higher..the other side says gold price lower... its basically 50/50. We will eventually see the fed raise rates and gold will tank and so will miners, but that should be just a blip. Timmins of late is glued to the side of rollercoaster gold price.

Please exuse there was a fly in the ointment having reference to the telephone TMM conference wherein there was only one Analyst who posed a question concerning the San Francisco Mine > Phillip Ker, PI  Financial As you will recall when Mr. Backens came on board & became the interim CEO he let us know there a problem with San Francisco Mine & may have to be closed.   ...more

I found the conference call lacklustre and empty of enthusiam and short... but to the point I guess.  The reference to the pit,  it sounded to me nothing more than him saying it will be moved back and or extended.,, thats all... the San Fran news seems to be all good.   in my humble opinion.

I agree with your statement that Timmins share price in short term seems tied to ups/downs of gold price movement. But this will be a short term situation... The US as well as other major economies (hello Japan) have backed themselves into a corner and can't afford to increase rates significantly. If the Fed raises rates .25%, .50% peanuts in the grand scheme of things... yes it will cause ...more

And if Trump becomes president? Or if deutsche bank goes bankrupt? Or if south China sea heats up (they are all armed to the teeth now)? Russia advances its army? What's going to happen to gold then? The Fed...can you still take what it says seriously??? The chance it raises rate this year is about the same as Clinton getting indicted for federal racketeering charges. We are in EXTREMELY ...more

Well usually I think its a double edged sword.... gold would go up  and yet the markets along with all the miners may go down with it... tangible gold will stay strong.   I still think though that the fed will raise rates this year,,, but its not a game changer.   And dont be fooled we had a serious depression  a few years ago   and the sky was suppose to ...more
