Lukas Lundin made a  bad deal  for newstrike shareholders  merging into TMM.

Frank Giustra is a deal  maker,(LEAGOLD)

Both tight Busness friends.  several joint ventures together  in the past

 Ana Paula   smart move  for Leagold

WE (   TMM ) as shareholders would  do well under  leagold , faster growth  model 

hope this is a true rumor

 better the 1 x 10 , plus   more dilution  going forward etc etc

Interesting.  I haven't paid much attention to Leagold.   I have thought that Torex might make a play for Timmins.
