If there are so few shares trading in public and the rest being so tightly held as Jason Neal suggests then who is actually doing the trades that keep driving this share price down? Surely all of the publicly traded stock has opportunity to change hands over the past 6 months worth of volume?

Exactly what I was thinking. My best guess would be a large shareholder liquidating their position. This could be RCF, Newmont, Blackrock etc. For what reason... no one will ever know except people that are close to the mill and production

Perhaps not 5GTech, to the extent that the "big 3" were to sell shares in the open market, I believe that a report would need to be filed and the results would be captured by SEDI. That is my understanding. Perhaps someone here, who actually knows, can shed some light on this.

I assume the “big 3” are invested at much more than $3-4/share? The number of capital raises that they each have participated in over the years would have them closer to $7/share for breakeven - that’s why this sell off is hard to understand unless there is something else happening behind the scenes that we don’t know about yet.
