Management shakeup

Management at TMR needs a complete shakeup and here is why:

Anyone who fails as badly at their jobs as TMR management, should not be compensated.
And herein lies the big issue with TMR. Not only do they get paid, they get paid ~3x more than their peers - at least the ones I looked at.

From the TMR 2018 annual report:
Total compensation of key management personnel of $12.8M (excluding the $0.5M for directors fees)

Compare this to say Roxgold total 2018 mgt comp of $3.87M, Wesdome total 2108 mgt comp of $5.13M, Teranga total 2018 mgt comp $4.0M..

I didn't cherry pick here. I just picked 3 junior producers off the top of my head.
