 -capital to complete the Hope Bay feasibility study and execute the significant expansion.
-maintain the flow of royalties, fees and taxes to Inuit and Territorial governments.
-provide ongoing and long-term employment opportunities -
-skills training and community development programs at Hope Bay.
-Shangdon stated the will maintain existing contracts and agreements, including relationships with Inuit-owned firms.

Hello Effectemergence, I agree with your summary of thepositive economic benefits that will accrue within Canada as a consequence of SD Gold taking over TMAC by buying out the existing shareholders at $1.75.
