Facts.

I don't care that the $1.75 takeover don't materialize. TMAC's NPV + landpackage ( - ) liabilities is worth way above whats it being sold for. Plus Pangbourne can turn around this asset just like his trackrecord shows. CEO Jason Neal will be replaced, JV can be created, all options are on the table. Gold is still produced above its marginal cost with mill running under capacity. Tier 1 mining jurisdiction; Operational mine valued at the same price than a midsize explorer; We're still in a gold bull-market; Chinese have been bidding up gold assets agressively: Cardinal, Guyana Goldfields, Continenal gold, list goes on.

Once again you skip the FACTS the reason they are for sale is they need $700m and do not have it

my point - there are not many assets like this ...  mulit-bag chance here if its done right

You seem to not understand what is need starting with $700million  and if you have a few year time frame it may work but many bought thinking the deal would close this year
