Will any thing happen in Feb. ?

Due to Covid it's not business as usual. Although Feb. is given as a date of importance business is not moving as usual. I expect by Feb. we'll be hearing about a time extension.

February 2021 was included in the takeover offer as a drop dead date - if the deal is not consumated by this contracted date, the deal is off. I believe this provides the current TMAC Board and management team a potential exit strategy with SD Gold, especially if there is now a matching or better offer from a non-Chinese Communist Party controlled company so that a security review will not be an ...more
