Meng Wanzhou negotiations

WSJ article this am reporting on ongoing negotiations between US Dept of Justice and Meng's lawyers which would allow for a deferred prosecution agreement.

If agreement reached, solves the 2 Michaels. I bought some TMR. Do as you will.
