I agree. I expected something more than one rookie acquisition attempt and then to just collect paychecks. Best course of action would be to forget the international pipedream, put the Canadian assets up for sale, resign and distribute the money to shareholders.

No but it would stop the fantasy at least. Most other producers green today with some pushing recent highs meanwhile the sleepy hollow offices of Tenaz are quiet. Down 4-5% today. Great. Perhaps a package will come out on the market?

Well at least we are green now. I would much more comfortable as a shareholder if all senior mangement and the C suite would not be copensated until a deal has been found and closed. That would motivate them. Currently they essentially collect a large dividend every two weeks..
