Netherlands

I don't think anyone here is an expert in Netherlands taxes so I'm not going to try to comment on that. Funds flow projections/ deal metrics are not based on current prices but rather forward strip prices (see slide 10 of their December slide deck). Forward prices for dutch ttf range from 20-40 so their FFO projections are more than reasonable. 

Also, dutch TTF traded as high as 350 in August and was about 100 when they closed the deal. It's good to see the team have patience and buy the dip vs. fomoing into deals at the top. 

Lastly, the Netherlands is in the process of closing the largest gas field in Europe (Groningen). Pretty sure this will make North Sea assets more valuable in the future.
